Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives in you damaged, then please get in touch with us at email@example.com
or raise a ticket within your account dashboard within a week's time and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible!
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. Always do check the sizing chart before you order since all designs are individually printed for each customer and any kind of mistake like choosing the wrong size would end up with the sole responsibility of the buyer. We wouldn’t refund or reship in case of choosing the wrong size but you can always place a fresh order for your desired design. ALWAYS LOOK AT THE MEASUREMENTS IN THE SIZING CHART BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER!
12 Hour Order Replacement Policy:
We at Fadmark, taking customers’ satisfaction seriously, have bought you this helpful feature! Any inconvenience caused to customers due to ordering the wrong product, size, product type or color by mistake, we bring you the 12 - hour replacement policy. With which you can get the order corrected as per your desired product type within a 12 hour time frame from the original order submission. For example, this feature allows you to change the size, color, product type or any custom text on the ordered product if you had changed your mind or did a mistake while ordering the product but within the 12 period from placing the original order. All you have to do is click on the “SUBMIT TICKET” in the order details page found in your account dashboard. Then, submit all the necessary details and we’ll get the order changed for you!
